1. Final Sale Policy

All sales are final due to hygiene reasons — no refunds or exchanges.

• Report any order issues within 48 hours of delivery.

• We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages after shipping. For shipping concerns, please contact DHL directly.

  2. Order Cancellations

  Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement.

• After 1 hour, orders will be processed as submitted.

• Invoice cancellations incur an invoice fee.

3. Order Processing & Shipping (U.S. Only)

All orders are dropshipped directly from our vendor. Once shipped, you will receive a DHL tracking number, and a signature will be required upon delivery.

U-Part Wig Orders

• Confirmation: 1–2 business days

• Processing: 1–6 business days

• Shipping: 3–5 business days via DHL Express

All Other Orders

• Confirmation: 1–2 business days

• Processing: 1–5 business days

• Shipping: 3–5 business days via DHL Express.
