⏱️Invoice Payment Timeframe

We don’t like to rush you, but we value your time and ours:

  • Invoices expire 30 minutes after being sent

  • Unpaid = canceled, no reminders

  • Need a new invoice? A resend fee applies

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Cancelations allowed within 1 hour of ordering

  • After this time, orders enter processing

  • Cancelled invoice orders still incur the invoice processing fee

She’s high quality, treat her accordingly:

  • Wash + deep condition immediately upon arrival (before your install!)

  • Use sulfate-free products, keep her moisturized, and wrap her at night
