Place your order via our Contact Form.

  • U.S: Pay with Zelle (no fees) or Squarespace invoice (+3%).

  • International: Invoice only (+3.2%).

💳 What payments do you accept?

  • Zelle: rawhairbykza@gmail.com

  • Squarespace Invoice: +3% fee

  • Afterpay/Klarna: +6.5% fee

Invoices expire in 30 mins. Need a new one? There’s a resend fee.

📦 How long does shipping take?

U.S orders only

  • Confirmation: 1–2 biz days

  • Processing: 1–6 biz days

  • Shipping: 3–5 biz days via DHL (signature required)

  • Prep Service: +$100 (optional)

🔄 Can I return/cancel?

  • All sales final. No returns/exchanges.

  • Cancel within 1 hour. Invoice fees still apply if canceled.

  • Wash + deep condition upon arrival

  • Use sulfate-free products

  • Keep moisturized + wrap at night

🎨 Will my bundles match exactly?

Nope—and that’s a good thing. Every bundle is 100% raw and unique.
