💳 What payments do you accept?

Squarespace Invoice

Afterpay/Klarna via Squarespace Invoice : +6.5% fee

Invoices expire in 30 mins. Need a new one? There’s a $15 resend fee.

📦 How long does shipping take?

U.S orders only

• Processing: 1–8 biz days

• Shipping: 3–5 biz days via DHL (signature required)

• Prep Service: +$100 (optional)

• DHL may apply duty/tariff charges on U.S. orders due to international shipping regulations; this is beyond our control and is noted in our policy.

🔄 Can I return/cancel?

• All sales final. No returns/exchanges.

• Cancel within 1 hour. Invoice fees still apply if canceled.

• Wash + deep condition upon arrival

• Use sulfate-free products

• Keep moisturized + wrap at night

🎨 Will my bundles match exactly?

Nope and that’s a good thing. Every bundle is 100% raw and unique.
