All wig and bundle orders are final sale due to the nature of our products and sanitary regulations. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on these items under any circumstances.

• Orders may be canceled within one (1) hour of placement.

• After this period, orders will be processed as originally placed and cannot be modified or canceled.

3. Reporting Order Issues

• Customers must report any issues within 48 hours of the confirmed delivery date.

• Issues may include missing, incorrect, or damaged items.

• After 48 hours, we will be unable to accommodate any concerns.

4. Order Processing & Shipping

Standard Orders (Excluding Upart Wigs)

• Order Confirmation: Provided within 1-2 business days.

• Processing Time: Typically 1-4 business days.

• Shipping: Orders are shipped via DHL Express with an estimated 3-5 business days for delivery.

• Tracking: A tracking number will be sent upon shipment.

5. Upart Wig Orders

• Order Confirmation: Provided within 1-2 business days.

• Processing Time: 1-4 business days, considering time differences with our vendor in India.

• Production Time: Up to 5 business days, though often completed sooner.

• Shipping: Shipped via DHL Express with an estimated 3-5 business days for delivery.

• Tracking: A tracking number will be provided upon shipment.
