Order Processing/ Payment Methods

We currently accept orders through our Contact Form (preferred), email, social media direct message, or text message. The only accepted forms of payment are via SquareSpace Invoice and Zelle (preferred payment method).

SquareSpace Invoice orders will incur a 3 % up-charge while Zelle orders will not.

International orders can only be placed via SquareSpace Invoice and will incur a 3.2 % up-charge.

Orders placed via SquareSpace Invoice from Thursday to Saturday will be processed with our vendor on the following Sunday.

  1. Orders paid via Zelle will not experience this delay and will be processed promptly.

  2. Additionally, SquareSpace Invoice order placements may be affected by holidays, resulting in potential delays.

Quotes/Pricing

For accurate quotes, please ensure you specify the exact lengths required for your raw hair order. This will help us provide you with an accurate and tailored pricing estimate.

Invoice Payment Timeframe

Once a SquareSpace invoice is sent, you will have 30 minutes to pay it. If payment is not received within this time, the invoice will be canceled, and you will need to request a new one (which is not guaranteed).

Order Information

Once your payment is completed, please provide your full name, phone number, email, Upart wig size (if you are placing a Upart wig order) and shipping address to ensure timely processing of your order.

Issue Reporting

You have 48 hours from the delivery confirmation date to report any issues with your order. After this period, we will not be able to accommodate any concerns.

Final Sale Policy

At Raw Hair BY KZA, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, all wig and bundle orders are final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on these items.

Shipping & Handling

Please note that all hair is dropshipped directly from my vendor, which means the hair never physically touches my hands before being shipped to you. If you prefer for me to receive the hair, prep it, and then ship it to you, this can be arranged for an additional fee of 100 dollars USD.

Customer Service Hours

As a one-person team, customer service is available Monday through Friday from 8AM to 12PM EST. During these hours, I will be able to answer any questions you may have.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be canceled within the first hour of placement. After this period, your order will be processed and fulfilled as originally placed.

Upart Wig Orders

For upart wig orders, please allow 1-2 days for me to confirm that your order has been placed. Due to the time difference between here and India, processing may take an additional 1-4 business days. Your upart wig will be made by my vendor, which may take up to 5 days, but my vendor is usually quick. Once shipped (which takes about 3-5 days), I will provide a tracking number, and your order will be shipped directly to you through DHL Express.

Other Orders

For all other orders, please allow 1-2 days for me to confirm your order placement. Processing should take an additional 1-4 business days, and once shipped (which takes about 3-5 days), I will provide a tracking number. Your order will be shipped directly to you through DHL Express.

Product Disclaimer

Please understand that Raw Hair is taken from a single donor. As a result, no two orders will look alike. Each piece is unique and reflects the natural variation in the hair.

Hair Care Instructions

Upon receiving your hair, it is important to thoroughly wash and prep the hair before installation. As this is real, raw hair, it requires the same care and attention as your natural hair. Please do not install the hair immediately out of the package, as it needs proper treatment to ensure optimal quality and longevity.
